Only thing I wish is that redeeming would be less complicated, I had to get 2 others involved as down loading information required took rocket science to accomplish, even with an expert too and hour of their time. Since I purchased on Amazon extended warranty should be on there, but I had to provide copies of warranty and sales receipt which how could I gotten without purchasing, then too wanted photos of failed equipment. Just seems like a lot of hoops to jump through. I did get refund. Jim

I got this to cover a hoverboard I got my daughter for Christmas. When my item stopped working and the manufacturer was not responsive, they told me they couldn’t help me and i have to go through Amazon customer service. The plan is also not transferable. So, I paid for this plan and when my item stopped working a couple of weeks after first use, and they tell me there is nothing they can do to help. What’s the point of a protection plan if they can’t help you with a defective purchase. Highly disappointing!

Answer: Make sure that there is only one rubber gasket between the connections of propane tank and regulator connector. If you see rubber gasket in both of them remove one of them and it should work that is how i fixed mine

how much weight can this handle? I want to use it for outdoor canning.
Answer: My personal opinion is that canning pot with food or even water for canning jars will be too heavy causing the glass to shatter. But that was my experience.
