We bought this protection plan for a freezer in hopes to have food supply for the winter. The freezer arrived damaged. We tried to start contacting them immediately. First per instructions to file a claim. aasurant360claims.com There is no link here to file a claim. Several of us tried, several different ways on several computers. They ask a lot of questions, but never lead you to where a claim can be filed. No problem, we’ll call Assurant states “for immediate assistance, we are available 24/7 at 866-761-7379.” No humans though. To possibly
speak with a Human, you must enter claim #. Except you can not file a claim #. We bought the freezer to get through the Pandemic. The mechanics work. If they break, we will loose our food supply. With no know way for help. As we have read since from many reviewers, we have to agree, THIS IS A SCAM!

You mean this doesn’t come with a wire and a plug so I can plug this into the wall?
Answer: no, it is 220. it does come with wire , but must be twisted and wire nuts installed. very simple.

Is this portable? The picture shows it sitting on top of the counter.
Answer: No, it’s not portable. It’s a countertop stove top….. I guess you could build a box and put a 240 volt extension cord and a carry handle on it but it would be pretty dadgum heavy….
