I think that when they are emailed, it should include the name of the item in the email. I purchased several items I wanted this for recently & I’m not sure which one goes to what, which will matter in the end because some are 1 yr, some 2, 3, etc

I bought this plan for my dehumidifier. The unit came and within 2 days of operation I realized the continous pump operation doesnt work. I kept getting an error code. Trying to file a claim through abortion and the redirected me back to Amazon who then told me to contact the manufacturer. This plan was supposed to run in conjunction with the manufacturers warranty but apparently not.

Answer: My model does not connect to WiFi so it would be impossible to be run remotely.

Does the unit itself get hot
Answer: The unit gets warm while the compressor is running.

Can a portable a/c unit be stored laying on its side?
Answer: We don’t recommend it.

Answer: Buy the extended warranty.
