I think that when they are emailed, it should include the name of the item in the email. I purchased several items I wanted this for recently & I’m not sure which one goes to what, which will matter in the end because some are 1 yr, some 2, 3, etc

I bought this plan for my dehumidifier. The unit came and within 2 days of operation I realized the continous pump operation doesnt work. I kept getting an error code. Trying to file a claim through abortion and the redirected me back to Amazon who then told me to contact the manufacturer. This plan was supposed to run in conjunction with the manufacturers warranty but apparently not.

What are the screws for and why is there no manual for connecting hose to the mount? Trying to figure it out but no manual. Help!

How many watts does it use on high setting?
Answer: 1100 Watts on Highest Settings

700 Watts on Lowest Settings

How wide can the window be for the window mount kit to accommodate ?
Answer: The window mount without the extension is 26.6”. However with the extension the range is 37.4” to 50” inches. If your window is larger that 26.6 but smaller than 37.4, like mine, the window mount will not work as designed. You would either have to cut the extension or fill in a gap with something.
