I don’t understand why Asurion makes it so difficult to look at your plans. They want your order number to look it up. Well, you might have purchased something three years ago and have lost that number. The reason I register a plan right away is so I DON’T have to look things up. Why not give us an account so we can easily see what our plans are? Only reason I can see why they would do it that way is to confuse people so they end up not filing the claim.

On top of that, the website is just plain hard to navigate. There are no links that lead back to “home”, so how do you get anywhere on the site? It’s like it’s from 1996.

I’m going to be looking at a different warranty company next time. This is too frustrating.

or whatever they are. Stay away. Cheap price and so is the service. Unable to solve a simple claim. Not even through Amazon customer service providing my customer information. Employees have lack of knowledge or they haven’t been trained for the job. {10/13} 7 days waiting for an answer or resolution which was supposed to take 4 hours. I do not recommend this company. It is provably a scam.

My Rosewell just now started emitting a noticeably loud buzz. So what did I do, I took it apart. Unplug it, tip it over on a towel, remove five cross point head screws from the corners. The sixth screw is meant to stop you, but those things never stop me! If you can, take a straight blade screwdriver and file out the ??

I need to heat a large brewing pot that weighs 60 pounds total. Can it handle it?
Answer: No way. This works great for normal kitchen use but it??s not going to do that. You need a propane burner.

Answer: No it doesn’t turn off and on by it’s own
