I have purchased a number of warranties along with purchases from Amazon. However, I have reached a decision to cease such warranty purchases. In each instance I receive an email for the warranty, BUT there is literally NOTHING in the missive that identifies what the warranty covers, e.g., which product. If I forget to perform research right then to match up purchases with the amount charged for the warranty, it is impossible to identify the warranty/product match. COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT THIS IS DONE WITH MALICE AFORETHOUGHT? It sure would save the potential future claims if the customer was not able to determine which warranty went with which purchase!

Do I need to use distilled water in this, similar to a humidifier?
Answer: It’s recommended, but my ice cubes aren’t from distilled water so it feels like a moot point. Eventually there will be some sort of build up from the unfiltered water.

Does it come with the converter plug (from USB to regular plug) – as sown in picture #6?
Answer: This air cooler comes with a micro USB cable.

Does this really get cold in a tent for camping?
Answer: Probably not enough to cool off a text. But creates a nice cool mist.

Does this air cooler come with remote control?
Answer: No, it doesn’t. It comes with a usb cable.
