This company is our go-to company for protection plans! how long is warranty?
Answer: One year

Will the fan turn off by itself (noise and save electricity) when the preset humidity level is reached?
Answer: There is not a way to set the humidity level, as it does not calculate the humidity level in the air. You can set a timer for it to turn off. It will also turn off automatically if the water level gets low. I track my humidity level with an indoor/outdoor wireless thermometer.

Is this hard to clean like most humidifiers?
