Answer: It??s not recommended due to the weight. Pot/pan must be equivalent to the burner and not too heavy.

I recently just ordered this and when I turned on one of the burners and it started to smoke. Is that supposed to happen?
Answer: Most metals will smoke the first time they are heated up. After that, only spilled food will make the burner smoke.
