Exelent product, we have it installed since March, and no problem so far, the studio kitchen is small so left me counter top space, the pans fit perfect, and the heat is very good, very easy to clean, love it..!!!

This cooktop will not do big jobs like boil a pot of water for sphagetti!! I waited 90 min and then gave up. The child lock mechanism is a pain to operate and turn off– BUT very easy to turn on when you are wiping the cooktop down. Save yourself a lot of headache and avoid this!!!!!!!

Answer: It is 220/240V. No plug, must with 220/240V power wire.Made of metal of the bottom case, the live wire, the neutral wire, and the ground wire must be connected.

Answer: There’s (essentially) no warranty from the manufacturer (in China) but Amazon has some safeguards.

Answer: No. I had to add a plug and also adapt from a 12 gauge to 6 gauge wiring. It was really simple though for my handyman.
