Answer: Yes
How low can you set the temperature?
Answer: 64 degrees Fahrenheit
Is the controls on the unit touch controls or buttons you press?
Answer: They are not buttons that stick out, they are behind the silver strip and you don??t have to press them that hard. But they are not touch type buttons like typing on the screen with your cell phone.
What is the rhdz ?
Answer: I don??t know what that stands for. However, I returned this air conditioner a few days after purchase because it was very very loud.
What is the decibel level of this unit
