You would expect an insurance product to specify the item being insured but the documentation Asurion send just refers your recent Amazon purchase without specifying the item. I have asked repeatedly for documentation showing specifically what my policy covers and initially received no response then when I called was told I would receive an email that would state it only to receive another generic email without the detail. Square trade provides much clearer documentation.

Does the fan shut off on this when it reaches temperature?
Answer: In economy mode, the fan stops when the compressor stops. In regular mode, the fan runs all the time and the compressor kicks in when the thermostat tells it. There’s also a fan only mode.

is the remote controller magnetic
Answer: No it??s not. It??s simply for functional control and doesn??t detect temperature. You can control all the functions manually with the remote.
