I like the idea of extra protection however when the terms and conditions of the plan are not available and I’ve made 4 or more attempts to get them, I wonder just how good this plan is. I have coverage but don’t know for what or for how much or who to contact.

not sure how to write a review on this because i bought this to cover my new compact dishwasher that was left on my front porch a day i wasnt home. i opened the box and the dishwasher had been sent back by someone else and parts were missing and messed up and the door had a big dent at the top of it. couldnt send it back because the box was all torn up from the person before me so i called and amazon doesnt want to take the responibilty and the insurance wont cover it and UPS doesnt want to take responsibilty so i guess i bought this all for nothing.it sure wasnt me who bent the door or crossed threaded the adapter that goes to the sink and now i see water seeping around the door when i run a load where somebody put a dent in it.

Answer: NO. Just plug in.

has anyone hooked up to propane? How do the flames act? Do they actually adjust from small to large?
Answer: It is suitable for propane as well .

How low does this sit beneath the counter top? I have a drawer there that needs to open and close.
Answer: It only sits a couple inches. If it is a standard cabinet with a draw there should be any problems. The gas hook up is also in the back.
