Answer: Check the USB cable you’re using make sure it’s the right one, check the outlet your using, if still don’t work. The issue could be the machine.
Can it used in a boat and how long will is run before needing recharge?
Answer: Basically yes if you set it on a flat surface, ensuring water not spill out or the cooler not tip over.
And This air cooler will run 4-8 hours, depends on the settings you prefer before needing charge.
How do you clean the water reservoir?
Answer: Rinsed it, leave it upside down to drain & dry.
