Im regreting this purchase immedietely. When i first relized all you get is an email no physical documentation of any kind. I contacted seller through amazon. Then got same treatment again. They sent me a do not reply that simply had a link said most issues can be resolved through this page. Ok 4 years from now i wont have thier email. Amazon will have long deleted my purchase history. So i doubt if i have any documentation to file any claims.

Answer: I have 36 in Empava black glass top I love it took time to get use to multi size burners each cook different all cook hotter then my 23 yr old cook top. Yes would buy again

Why is this cooktop so affordable?
Answer: It has a only one minus – takes longer to turn on.( few seconds) and I think it??s little narrow. But for 4-5 people it??s god enough .
