I’ve bought many extended warranties for products I’ve bought on Amazon. And I have had to use them also. The Asurion warranty has always been the easiest to use when needed. No complaints at all with coverage. Another good thing is ‘transferability’. I recently sold a portable AC I bought last summer and very easily transferred the warranty to the new owner. The extended warranty was a great selling feature.

Top Critical Review

After reading the terms and conditions this plan is not worth it. It only work AFTER the first year of the manufacturer warranty. Then it only covers defects from the manufacturer. Anything caused by usage or normal wear is not covered! Thankfully I read all this and was refunded my money promptly.

Answer: This unit cannot be used to heat.

Is there a sliding door kit available?
Answer: I didn’t see any

if power outage are the settings saved and does it come back on when power is restored?
Answer: We had a power interruption recently and the unit did not turn back on. The settings appeared to have been saved after we restarted the unit.

What is the model name
Answer: This is De’Longhi Model PACEM360-6AL.

Is this only for a window?
Answer: Hello, this unit needs to be exhausted through a window or designated exhaust outlet. Thank you.
