I like the idea of extra protection however when the terms and conditions of the plan are not available and I’ve made 4 or more attempts to get them, I wonder just how good this plan is. I have coverage but don’t know for what or for how much or who to contact.

not sure how to write a review on this because i bought this to cover my new compact dishwasher that was left on my front porch a day i wasnt home. i opened the box and the dishwasher had been sent back by someone else and parts were missing and messed up and the door had a big dent at the top of it. couldnt send it back because the box was all torn up from the person before me so i called and amazon doesnt want to take the responibilty and the insurance wont cover it and UPS doesnt want to take responsibilty so i guess i bought this all for nothing.it sure wasnt me who bent the door or crossed threaded the adapter that goes to the sink and now i see water seeping around the door when i run a load where somebody put a dent in it.

Can I use propane gas?
Answer: yes you can use Propane gas source and just replace the nozzles and connecter in the package and buy a regulater kit from your market or amazon.we will prepare the regulater valve also in the near future.

Can thermocouple protection be added by the customer, Do you sell the parts, How much$ ?
