This is the message I get when attempting to file a claim. In addition, they have given me the run around when I called them and have given me multiple different customer service department numbers to call (who are supposed to be able to help me). Each new department gave me a new number to call, until Amazon was who I was told to call. So far Amazon can’t seem to figure out how to help me, although they are trying.

How long does a 20lb tank cook?
Answer: Our 20lb tank lasted about 4 weeks. But, we only cook 2 times a day. Even when using both burners the tank lasts for weeks.

Can it be connect to the RV low pressure propane quick connect?
Answer: Yes

Can I connect this to the outside gas connection on my rv?
Answer: Yes, remember to do a leak test after the connection is successful, this camping stove should be used in a ventilated place.
