I buy this insurance with every electronic item I purchase from Amazon.com. I had need to use it once – a clock I purchased broke about a year after purchase. I had this insurance. It was a very simple process. I sent them an email saying it was broken. They emailed me back and said what was wrong with it. I emailed and told them, they sent a full refund. I did not even have to return the broken clock. Excellent insurance. It is well worth the few dollars to protect the value of your investment.

It is insane that Amazon sells a Protection Plan for a product, yet on the website order list and any communication concerning the Asurion protection plans, they do NOT show what product the plan is linked to. There should be a Warranty/Protection Plan link under the Account & Lists that shows your current products that you have purchased a Protection Plan as well as that is still under warranty so you can ‘easily’ determine what options you have if a product has become defective. This shouldn’t be hard to do as the product I purchased was a humidifier and the protection plan was an option which I opted to include. Come on Amazon! Help your customers.

Is it quiet? I want to buy a quiet fan for my child and put it next to the bed.
Answer: I would classify low and medium speeds as totally quiet. High speed produces slight noise but its not bad. I very seldom run the fan on high as the slower speeds have been more than sufficient.

Answer: You need to charge it first. Then push the buttons. The should have been a manual in with it

would it cool down a car?
Answer: It can’t compare to a car conditioner, but it did have an effect and it could work a long time and also can connect with a car charger.
