Top notch service. Could not find a place for a repair so within within 48 hours I was issued an Amazon gift card in the amount of my purchase.
One small disappointment though.
The previous company gave me back sales tax also however, Assurant did not, so I did have some out of pocket expense and understandably, bought a new policy.
All in all, we’re happy with the service and turnaround time.

Absolutely terrible. Will never insure anything from Asurion. Bought ins for opal ice maker which broke and needed to be replaced. They sent a tech 3 different times that had no idea how to fix the unit.
They finally decided to send me a amazon gift card so I could buy a new ice maker. Gift card total was supposed to be for $443, when I purchased ice maker there was only $390 on the card. I have reached out and submitted request for help 5 times and still have never heard from anyone, ever. They say give us 24/48 hours. It??s been 2 months.
Icing on the cake short paid gift card didn??t work. Amazon ended up canceling order and I??m still trying to figure out where money is from Asurion.
Never use them. They will take money and never support.
