not sure how to write a review on this because i bought this to cover my new compact dishwasher that was left on my front porch a day i wasnt home. i opened the box and the dishwasher had been sent back by someone else and parts were missing and messed up and the door had a big dent at the top of it. couldnt send it back because the box was all torn up from the person before me so i called and amazon doesnt want to take the responibilty and the insurance wont cover it and UPS doesnt want to take responsibilty so i guess i bought this all for nothing.it sure wasnt me who bent the door or crossed threaded the adapter that goes to the sink and now i see water seeping around the door when i run a load where somebody put a dent in it.

Answer: It is recommended to get accurate measurements of the drop in cut out. If you are like us we wanted to just drop it in and connect and cook. Good luck

What is the material underneath the burners? Is it also tempered glass? Is there a pit underneath burner, or is it flat and continuation of the glass?
Answer: The whole surface pannel is tempered glass . We cut the tempered glass and put the burner with seal strip. it is flat with the temperred glass .

i need the same size as original 30 by 21.50 can i get one with the same brand?
Answer: It is 29.9 by 20.1 inch . Is it available for you ?

Answer: The country of origin is not stated in the documentation that came with it nor is it stated on the label on the unit, but the name Deli seems to be related to a Chinese company.

Unfortunately the burner igniter now does not work all the time on the burners furthest away. Any idea how to remedy?
Answer: Only a guess, you might check to see that the top cap is correctly installed because the arc jumps to that cap.
