This is the message I get when attempting to file a claim. In addition, they have given me the run around when I called them and have given me multiple different customer service department numbers to call (who are supposed to be able to help me). Each new department gave me a new number to call, until Amazon was who I was told to call. So far Amazon can’t seem to figure out how to help me, although they are trying.

Answer: Yes

do I need to hook up power to it or that optional?
Answer: It has a 110v plug ?? for the built in electric spark. But you can manually light the stove if theres no power source.

Is this unit for ?propane gas also
Answer: The description says it comes set up for Natural gas but a conversion kit is available to use with propane. Which is it?
