Horrible service! Bought this plan to cover a Water Cooler Dispenser. After two years of daily use, the dispenser broke and I was out of the manufacturer warranty. I contacted SmartGuard for assistance and was utterly disappointed. After 7 weeks of phone tag, I got no straight answers. I was given the run arounds. I had a diff tech everytime (over 9 calls). Eavh time was a different excuse for a delay. I gave up. The headache and frustration were not worth what little I paid. Seriously recommend ANYTHING ELSE!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! Gave it a single star cause I can’t post no stars.
